The NJRF is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support, promotion, and development of racquetball on the local and national level. Annual dues support junior development, club league organization, tournaments and clinics in New Jersey. A significant portion of dues also support the national level activities of the USRA.

Some of the benefits include:

• NJRF membership is required to be eligible to play in New Jersey tournaments.
• You receive the NJRF's quarterly newsletter and 6 issues of Racquetball Magazine.
• Other NJRF benefits include mailers for events, full access to all website areas, State Championships, and the ability to sign up for the club travel team league.
• Other USRA benefits include national rankings, right to play in all USRA regional and national events, membership card, and secondary accident insurance coverage during sanctioned events.
